Call Meeting to Order: Mayor Lennie Smith called the council
meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Roll Call: Ted Schultz, Roger
Fisher, and Doug Weaver were present.
Barb Arthur and Joyce Halblom arrived at 7:05. Absent:
None. Also present: Chuck
Griffith, Larry Kramer, Mary Abrahamson, Duane Venega,
and Lori Smith.
Inquiries from the Community: Contacted regarding road issues at end
of Fore Seasons Drive.
Planning and Zoning: Received letter of resignation from Larry Crady. Need to find
another chair and recruit two new members to the committee. Also notice from Larry Minner
regarding installation of a culvert. Griffith
suggested that we make the end of Fore Seasons Drive
a priority for repair, including overlay and widening the road two feet on each
side. Discussed options for funding road

bonds: more control, much less
administrative costs. Need to create an
ongoing plan to continue funding.
Approval of Minutes:
Schultz
moved to approve the minutes of the March 10, 2014, meeting. Fisher
seconded. Ayes: All.
Treasurer’s Report: Schultz moved to
approve the March report as submitted. Arthur seconded. Ayes: All.
