Call Meeting to Order:
Mayor
Pro-Tem Ted Schultz called the council meeting to
order at 7:00 p.m.
Roll Call: Clint Follette, Terry
Morrison, Lisa Griffith, Don Smith and Ted Schultz. Absent:
Also present: Ashley Stock, city clerk.
Inquiries from the Community:
Regarding graffiti spray painted on the house, where it was just spray
painted over, can the city do anything about it? Send letter (Shirks) to
resident from the City Council asking intentions and to remedy the situation.
Approval of Minutes: Follette moved to approve the minutes of the November
11, 2019 meeting. Smith seconded. Ayes:
All.
Treasurer’s Report:
Smith
moved to approve the September report as submitted. Follette seconded.
Ayes: All.
Payment of Bills: Morrison moved to approve payment
of the following bills as submitted. Griffith seconded. Ayes:
All.
Mayor’s Opening
Address and Report: Nothing
Old Business
Maintenance Shed Roof: Johnny from
Tri-State Construction going to come and give an estimate in next couple of
weeks.
Street Signs: Got a quote from
the Prison Industries for two new signs, will wait until Spring to make any
decisions
Hole #14: Clint talked to
Caldwell, in January vote to put it back up to sale on special meeting
agenda. Sign affidavit saying we posted
for sale and then again once voted and approved. Then send to Caldwell and record it all.
Fire Department: Dan Sicard called
from the Fire Department and they want to still do it this fall rather than
wait for spring.
New Business
New Council/Mayor: Joyce Halbolm won Mayor. Dawnette Baker and Curt Strawser won City Council
Members. They will be sworn in during
the January meeting

Acres Christmas Party was a success.
